Dr. Monika N. Kroslakova

Dr. Monika Nadova Kroslakova serves as the academic co-chair for the Entrepreneurship domain on MARRII's Relevant Content Selection and Advisory Board (RCSAB). Alongside two practice co-chairs, she works with MARRII's internal editorial team in determining and curating eligible practitioner-relevant and useful scholarly content sources for MARRII’s Entrepreneurship sub-index.
Dr. Kroslakova is an Associate Professor and a member of the Senate at the Faculty of Commerce of the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia. Additionally, she serves as the founder of the Family Business Centre and co-founder of the Network of Top Business Leaders and Researchers in the International Business and Economic Research Academy (IBERA). She holds the position of International Advisory Council Member/Director for partner engagement at the Institute of One World Leadership®. She is also a Wisdom Board Member of the Family Hippocampus Club and an Advisory Council Member of Asiatech Education. She is a guarantor of the subjects Family Business and Entrepreneurship, emphasizing sustainability, social responsibility, and fostering inclusion and diversity, and co-guarantor of two study programs at the University of Economics, Bratislava. Additionally, she co-owns the family-owned production company Novplasta Ltd (2nd gen.). Furthermore, she is currently appointed as an expert in the field of family business at the Slovak Business Agency and is a member of the working group at the Ministry of Economy of Slovakia for family business.
Dr. Andrea Reid

Dr. Andrea Reid serves as the academic co-chair for the Marketing domain on MARRII's Relevant Content Selection and Advisory Board (RCSAB). Alongside two practice co-chairs, she works with MARRII's internal editorial team in determining and curating eligible practitioner-relevant and useful scholarly content sources for MARRII’s Marketing Management sub-index.
Dr. Reid is a Senior Lecturer at Ulster University Business School, Belfast campus, the UK, and chair of its Marketing committee. She has been the Programme Director on various programmes within the business school with the most recent role as programme director of the MSc Marketing course. She is widely published within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation in SMEs domain as well as within the Artificial Intelligence for business domain. Dr. Reid has also undertaken substantial research projects within her field and has presented her research at National and International Conferences. In addition, Dr. Reid interfaces with the world of management practice by undertaking business and marketing consultancy services that span the development of Marketing Strategy, Business Intelligence Strategy, CRM Strategy and Business Appraisals. She is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Institute of One World Leadership.
Dr. Reid graduated from Queens University Belfast with a PhD in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and a 2:1 honours degree in Computer Science with Business Administration. Her PhD dissertation was an investigation into CRM implementation within the Telecommunications sector traced over a ten year period from 1995 to 2005. Previous work experience includes roles as a Software Engineer, CRM Consultant, Marketing Consultant, Researcher and Policy Officer.
Dr. Zanete Garanti

Dr. Zanete Garanti serves as the academic co-chair for the Management domain on MARRII's Relevant Content Selection and Advisory Board (RCSAB). Dr. Zanete Garantias is an Associate Professor and a Head of Research Unit at City Unity College and a Guest Professor at Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies. She holds a PhD, Master's, and Bachelor's degrees from the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies. Dr. Garanti's research focuses on sustainable and smart development, particularly in the tourism and hospitality industries, as well as social media marketing. She has published numerous publications in prestigious academic journals. Currently, Dr. Garanti is also engaged in Erasmus+-funded research projects focusing on digitalization, smart growth, and development, and shares a commitment to the development of management research that is relevant and useful to management practitioners.

Dr. Shiva Ilkhanizadeh is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. A distinguished academic specializing in Tourism Management, she has expertise in human resource practices, leadership, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability within her domain. Prior to her current role, Dr. Ilkhanizadeh served as an Associate Professor at Cyprus International University.
She has published numerous research articles in reputable journals in the field of tourism. Her work reflects a deep commitment to advancing research and education in tourism and business management, with a focus on sustainable practices and organizational development while advancing practitioner-relevant and useful tourism and management research.
Dr. Dervis Kirikkaleli

Dr. Dervis Kirikkaleli is a Senior Lecturer at the Lebanese American University and a full Professor of Economics at European University of Lefke, Cyprus. He holds a BSc in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University. He is a University of Stirling (UK) alum, where he completed his MSc and Ph.D. in Banking and Finance. His research area is environmental economics, energy economics, econometrics, and financial economics, especially for emerging economies. Since 2021, Dervis Kirikkaleli has ranked among the world's top 2% of Scientists by Elsevier BV and Stanford University. In addition, he ranked among the top 1% of Scientists by Clarivate in 2022. Dr. Kirikkaleli shares a commitment to the development of management research - especially economics research that is relevant and useful to economists.
